Unify Scale guide
Choosing the first AI agent for an independent estate agency
The best first agent is rarely the most impressive demo. It is the workflow that happens often, has a clear outcome and can be bounded safely.
Start with workflow volume
Look for calls, messages or admin tasks that repeat every day. Enough volume makes the benefit visible and gives the system useful interactions to improve from.
Connect it to commercial value
Missed valuation enquiries, slow portal response and dormant leads can affect pipeline. Appointment coordination and call summaries may return staff time. Define which result matters.
Prefer clear boundaries
A workflow with known inputs, a limited set of actions and an obvious human handoff is easier to deploy safely than an agent expected to do everything.
Check integration effort
Map where information arrives and where the result needs to go. A useful agent should reduce copying and chasing, not create another dashboard to monitor.
Choose one measurable pilot
Set a baseline and a review period. Measure response time, completed handoffs, booked conversations, exceptions and staff feedback before expanding.
